We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. the main material is cardboard. inside it's strengthened with a wooden frame. because of the size, i had to split it into two parts. you can see on the picture, that the "tail" isn't connected to the rest of the sculpture. the cardboard was first painted with white varnish (aka lacquer), than spraypainted with a granite color, than painted over again with white varnish, because it sucked..
i was busy doing it for several weeks for my arts degree and i had no references but graffiti with influences of oriental calligraphy...if you want to know more let me know...
